Background
As the Senior Design Manager, I directed the design strategy, coordinated cross-functional teams, and ensured alignment with business goals. I led design for the Spotify off-platform and partner experience, my team designed for surfaces such as the Spotify Embeds, Mobile Web Player (open.spotify.com), Sharing features, and Partner integrations (TikTok, Meta, BeReal, Google, Microsoft, Tinder, Discord, etc).
My team’s goal was to enhance Spotify’s Content Distribution and Engagement Across Partner Platforms, and to drive creator and consumer growth, driving metrics such as MAU, Registrations, Retention, Engagement, Reactivation and Downstream Consumption.
